This lot contains two 1956 Lincoln wheat cents - one from the Denver mint (with D mint mark) and one from Philadelphia (no mint mark). Both coins show the classic wheat ear reverse design in their final production year before the Lincoln Memorial design debuted in 1959. The coins display typical circulation wear with readable dates and decent detail remaining. An excellent pair representing the end of the iconic wheat cent era.
