Auctioneer's Note: We are selling for the Mathew H. Jackson, Sr. Trust as per TCA 62-19-103. Due to a citation from the Knox County Code enforcement, ordinance 0-18-10-101, section 3.53.01-901, all listed Automobiles must be removed from the property.

The automobiles have been sitting for an extended period of time. Consider all vehicles to be AS-IS, non-running, and will need to be removed by roll-back or car hauler or trailer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove the vehicles from the auction site within the appropriate pick-up days & times allotted. Each automobile should be considered a project car or truck. Some will be sold without Title and should be considered parts cars. A Bill of Sale will be given on each car, truck, tractor, and trailer.
