There is an auto-extend feature on this auction. Bidding on any individual lot will extend 5 minutes if the lot receives a bid within the last 5 minutes of the end time listed. For example, if a lot that is scheduled to end at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59PM, bidding on that lot will extend to 6:04PM. Once all bidding is exhausted and no more bids are received, then the time will tick down and the auction lot will close. This closely mimics a live sale. There is also a staggered closing on personal property items. The first items start closing at 6:00PM, and the remaining items will have a staggered close time throughout the evening beyond the 6:00PM closing time listed.
