You will need to let us know in advance if you are planning on paying by check. Cash is always accepted, but buyer must let us know before the end of the auction if paying with cash, otherwise payment must be made by credit card on file that was used to register for the auction. There will be a 5 minute auto-extend feature enabled in the auction. For example, if an item is set to close at 6:00PM and a bid is received at 5:59PM, the time will be extended on that item to 6:04PM, and so on, until all bidding on that item is exhausted, then if no bids are received within 5 minutes, the time will tick down and that item will close. If an item receives no bids within the last five minutes and ticks all the way down, then that item will end at its designated time. This makes it fair to all bidders and closely mimics a live in-person auction. There is also staggered closing on the items, so many items are scheduled to close per minute.
